During the nine months of your pregnancy your body will go through many changes that will affect the emotional and physiological balance of your body.Both mother and baby would benefit from a regular reflexology treatment throughout pregnancy. Research has shown that women who have a regular reflexology treatment during pregnancy are more likely to have a shorter labour.
